Eunice "Lois" Lois Christofferson
September 24th, 1941 - April 14th, 2025
Lois was born in Chicago Illinois to Armin & Dorcas (Danielson) Ryser along with her brother Timothy. When she was 12 or 13 the family moved to Salem Oregon. As a young girl she played the violin and in high school she attended and graduated from South Salem High. After high school she worked for Sears in the audit department in Salem and in Fresno Ca as well when she lived there from 1962 to 1965 with her first husband Bill. She married Bill J Locke on July 22, 1962 in Reno Nevada and they had a Daughter Stephanie Jolie in 1965. On August 19,1967 she married her second Husband Richard G Christofferson and they had a son Gerald “Jerry” in 1968. She attended First Baptist Church where along with her mom Dorcas and daughter Stephanie babysat in the Church nursery on Sunday and Wednesday nights for many years. She also was in the handbell choir there. She is survived by her brother Timothy Ryser. Her children Stephanie Cavallucci (Michael), Gerald "Jerry Christofferson. Grand children James Taylor, Holly Biondi (Allio), Jeffery Adams and Robert Adams. Great grandchildren Kayla Taylor, Teegan Harrison, Brantton Ask, Ellisa Taylor, Jaykub Taylor, Hana Taylor, Brayden Adams, Khloee Adams, Dexter Biondi, Merissa Blantton, Zyanna Stafford, Amari Ghrahm, Bradly Kleinshmit and bonus Mea Sang. We will miss her imensly.
