James Patrick Boylan, 71, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on April 23, 2025.
Born on September 3, 1953, in Cleveland, Ohio, James was the beloved son of Catherine and Jack Boylan. A proud Vietnam Veteran, he was awarded the Airmen's Medal of Honor for his bravery and service.
James is survived by his daughters, Erin Boylan and Caitlin Manger, as well as his grandsons, Jace and Roman Manger. He had a profound love for life, bringing joy to everyone he met. James cherished the time spent with family and friends and enjoyed watching sports or playing golf in his free time.
A memorial burial service will be held at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona on Monday, May 12, at 1:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Arizona Patriot Guard Riders.
James will be deeply missed, but his laughter and zest for life will forever live on in our hearts.
