Patricia "Pat" Louise Stone

Patricia Louise Stone (Pat) was welcomed into heaven on April the 22nd, 2025.  Pat was born on January the 17th, 1940 in Iowa City, Iowa and was raised in the San Francisco Bay area.  She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother, always placing others’ needs above her own.  Pat and her husband, Joseph Stone (Joe) who recently passed, were on staff with The Navigators, a Christian ministry serving the needs of others around the world for more than 20 years.  Pat also served with Christian Military Fellowship, served with Marketplace Chaplains USA, and held a role as President of Protestant Women of the Chapel.  She was an accomplished poet and penned several Bible Studies including, The Crown of Womanhood and Standing on the Promises of God.  Joe and Pat would have celebrated their 67th anniversary this year.  Kindness, patience, servanthood, and thankfulness are the best descriptors of how Pat led her life. 

Pat is survived and lived life well with her 3 children, Michael (Suzanne) Stone, Mark (Sheri) Stone and Melinda (Wade) Prichard, 14 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.  A private family burial will be held followed by a celebration of Pat’s life at a later date.
