Robert Lewis Adams, 75, of Saddlebrooke, Arizona, passed away peacefully on May 4, 2025.He was born on July 8, 1949, in Pittsburgh, Kansas, to Joseph and Mary Adams. Robert attended the University of Oregon and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture in June 1972. Later that year, in August, he joined the U.S. Air Force, where he served for over four years as an imagery intelligence officer and tactical fighter pilot. He was honorably discharged in 1978.

Following his military service, Robert began working for Procter & Gamble as a salesman and held several other roles over the years. In 1987, he accepted a position with the FAA’s Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) as a Computer Technical Specialist, where he worked diligently for 31 years until his retirement.

Robert had many passions, including flying, golf, tennis, and painting. He is survived by his beloved wife, Lilian Adams; his children: Scott Adams and his wife Chris, Stephanie Silani and her husband Andrew, and Brent Adams and his wife Nadine; and six cherished grandchildren: Cody, Bradon, Trenton, Tyler, Serena, and Shawn.

He was a devoted husband, father, brother, and grandfather who will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed.

A celebration of life will be held at the Parish House of the Community Church of SaddleBrooke on May 24th at 10:30 AM.
