William "Billy" Rowland Herrick
May 20th, 1963 - May 9th, 2025
William Rowland Herrick Jr., affectionately known as Billy, passed away on the morning of May 9, 2025, at his home in West Columbia, SC at the age of 61.
Before Billy's declining health, he was a former employee of L.B. Smith, later known as ASC Volvo for 24 years.
Billy's pride and joy was his two girls, and his granddaughter. He loved spending time each summer at the beach with his family as the girls grew up, He loved rock and roll music, watching westerns, and repeated episodes of “Swamp people”.
Those left to cherish his memories are his wife of 40 years, Julie A Herrick, daughters, Ashley A Hoopaugh (Quentin), and Addie E Herrick, and his granddaughter, Olivia Q. Hoopaugh. Also left to cherish his memory are his parents, Bill and Pauline Herrick, Sr., brother, Wally Herrick and several nieces and nephews.
He was proceeded in death by his beloved grandparents, Herwalt and Addie Howard.
Per Billy's request there will not be a viewing or service.
