Floyd Blines, 75, passed away on May 10th, 2025. He was born in Indianapolis, IN, on September 15, 1949, to Betty Lou Blines and Ira S. Hobdy, and adopted by Valentine R. Blines. Floyd is survived by his wife, Julia Blines, siblings Sharon Wood, Teena Shore, Betty Lovell and Terri Clements. He was preceded in death by his brother Mark “Andy” Blines and sisters Denise Blines and Kathy Stults. Floyd proudly served in the Air Force for 8 years and then retired from the VA.
