Robert ""Bob"" Miller
January 14th, 1948 - May 10th, 2025
LTC Robert "Bob" Howard Miller, age 77 of Ellenton, Florida, passed away May 10, 2025. He was born in Dayton, Ohio to the late Howard and Naomi Miller of Washington Court House, Ohio and graduated in 1966. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Conner. He is survived by the love of his life, Deidre (Bennett), his daughters Melinda (Ron) Wallace of Pickerington, OH, Kimberly (Daniel) Malibu-Grove of Longs, SC, son Brian (Fran) Leland of Columbus, OH, and his grandchildren Mackenzie and Evan Leland, Travis and Emma Beery.
Robert was a retired Department of the Army Government employee as well as a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel, having served over 34 years as an Enlisted man and as an Officer. Bob had friends from many countries that loved him.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at May 24, 2025 at the Griffith-Cline Funeral Home, Bradenton, FL, with the scattering of cremains at a later time. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his name to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Columbus, OH, or to All Saints Church, 733 St. Route 41, Washington Court House, OH 43160.
