March 20th, 1936 - May 11th, 2025
Vincent J. Walsh, Jr., age 89, of Mantua, NJ, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family. Born to Vincent Walsh Sr. and Marina Bocelli Walsh, Vince was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Carol; his daughter, Kim Fuller (Greg); and his treasured grandchildren, Matthew Fuller and Madison Fuller. He is also survived by his brother, Anthony Walsh; his sister, Mary Hill (Jim); and many nieces, nephews, and cousins who will fondly remember his kindness and warmth.
Vince was predeceased by his parents, Vincent Walsh Sr. and Marina Bocelli Walsh; his brother, John Walsh; and his granddaughter, Kelsey Fuller, whom he loved dearly.
Throughout his life, Vince was known for his unwavering love for family, his steady presence, and his generous spirit. He was a source of strength and wisdom to those around him, always ready with a helping hand, a kind word, or a heartfelt smile. His legacy of compassion and integrity will continue to live on through the many lives he touched.
A private celebration of Vince’s life will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the BDSRA Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting families and advancing research to find a cure for Batten Disease—the illness that claimed the life of his beloved granddaughter, Kelsey.
