James L. Henderson born on December 12, 1933 in Marion County, West Virginia passed away on May 14, 2025 in Arvada, Colorado at the age of 91. He married Mary B. Compton on August 15, 1952 in Taylor County, West Virginia. They moved to Colorado in1956.
Jim was a machinest by trade and worked for Gardner Denver Company and Rocky Flats. He enjoyed league bowling while working for Gardner Denver and later on he took up golf as a hobby. He lived part-time in Hemet, California beginning in 1998 but moved back to Colorado full-time in 2017. He enjoyed many adventures and trips in his lifetime.
He was preceded in death by his wife Mary in 1993. He is survived by his children Mike (Melody) Henderson and Sally (Tom) Smith along with his grandchildren Levi (Gwen) Henderson, Jamie (Adam) Sears, and Megan Smith. His favorite people were his great-grandchildren Ryder Henderson, Sonoma Sears, and Aspen Sears
