David E.A. Seagren

In Loving memory of
David E A Seagren, 80, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at his home in Viera Florida. Born December 27, 1944 in Bradford, Pennsylvania. David was the beloved son of the late Clarence and Eva Seagren (Housler).
He was married in 1974 at St. Patrick's RC Church to Mary Ann Lewicki who survives.
David was a graduate of Bradford High School Class of 1963. He went on to serve his country with honor in the United States Air Force as part of the flight line ground crew during the Vietnam War, exemplifying dedication, courage, and patriotism. Following his military service David began a distinguished career with the California Highway Patrol and later worked in the court system before transitioning to the field of sales. In 1982, he became a sales manager and was recognized as a recurring Top of the Table member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table for Prudential. In 1997, David became an Independent Agent, earning numerous awards and accolades throughout his successful career.
He was a member of St. Patrick's Parish.
While his children were younger he enjoyed being a Boy Scout Master. He also loved reading, bowling, camping, boating, trips to the casino, and movies. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family. He could often be found telling stories and giving advice to his friend, who he considered like a second daughter, Danielle Taylor.
A fathers love is eternal and imprints on his family's hearts.
Surviving are: his three children Mark (Donna) Seagren, FL, Dan (Jen) Seagren, WI, Mandy (Todd) Williams, FL: a granddaughter Emerson, WI: Three grandsons, Kaleb, TN, Kaden and Breydan both of FL: His three siblings, Clarence (Elke) Seagren, Lora (Robert) Schuppenhauer, and Thomas (Stephanie) Seagren, all of PA.
No public visitation will be held.
A private family gathering will take place in his honor.
David's final resting place will be at St. Bonaventure Cemetery in Olean, New York, where a memorial mass will also be celebrated.
In lieu of flowers the family would ask donations be made to the Disabled American Veterans organization (DAV.org).
