Christopher “Chris” Lenoard Somers age 70, of Kingsport, TN passed away on Sunday, May 18, 2025. He was born in Flint, MI on February 16, 1955 to Lenoard and Joan Somers. Chris served in the Navy between 1980 – 1983. Chris worked in the maintenance department at R.R. Donnelley.

Chris is preceded in death by his parents Lenoard and Joan Somers.

Chris is survived by his wife Theresa Somers; siblings Gene Somers, Matt Somers, Kathy Blankenship, Linda Olsen, Diane Weeks, and Bob Somers; as well as a host of extended family.

A graveside service will be held on at Mountain Home National Cemetery Friday May 30, 2025 at 11:00 am. Those wishing to attend are asked to arrive by 10:50 am.
