Lois Jean Debusk
August 7th, 1941 - May 20th, 2025
Lois Debusk, age 83, of Ezel, Kentucky, passed away on May 20, 2025. She was born on August 7, 1941, to Woodford and Thelma Cox.
Lois was married to Am Debusk for 55 years and together they raised three children: Charlene Adkins (Gale Adkins), Melinda Debusk Burkett (Rick Burkett), and Ashley Debusk. She was also a loving grandmother to three grandchildren, Tanner Debusk (Payton Debusk) of Mt sterling Kentucky, Paige Debusk and Hope Debusk of west liberty Kentucky. She also had 2 great grandchildren, Emery Debusk and Annistyn Debusk of Mt sterling, Kentucky.
She is preceded in death by Her parents Woodford and Thelma Cox, Her Husband Asa Monroe Debusk, Her brother Richard Cox and Her Sister Mary Cox.
Lois attended Ezel High School and was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be remembered for her kind heart and gentle spirit.
Lois Debusk passed away after a brief illness. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Lois has asked to be cremated and a celebration of life to be held by her Family At her Gradsons house in Mt sterling. Afterwards a brief ceremony will be held where the family will spread her ashes on her family farm
