Carol Hamilton, 91, of Oxford, Florida, passed away on May 18, 2025, in Oxford.
Carol was born in Casper, Wyoming, to Helen and William Wehrli on October 16, 1933. She graduated from Natrona County High School and attended Colorado College and Lindenwood College. She married Bill Hamilton on July 27, 1956, who she met in Dallas, Texas. She was a beloved sister, mother, grandmother, and aunt who made everyone’s life better with love and generosity. She was an outstanding dancer and bridge player who enjoyed giving and expertly wrapping gifts, reading, crosswords, and puns! She lived a full and happy life.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Helen and William, her brothers William, Bob, and Martin, her husband, Bill, and her granddaughter, Julie Christensen.
Carol is survived by her children, Marci Hamilton, her spouse Peter Kuzma, Blake Hamilton, his spouse Lindy Hamilton, and Lance Hamilton and his spouse, Sharon Hamilton; and her grandchildren, William Kuzma, Alexandra Kuzma (husband John Kelley), Scott Ciccateri, Pamela Banda (husband Jarod Banda), and Jennifer Hamilton.
A viewing will be held Saturday, May 31, 2025, 10am-11am, followed by a service at 11am at Fitzgerald Sommer Funeral Home, 17 S. Delaware Ave., Yardley, PA 19067. Interment will follow at Memorial Thompson Presbyterian Church, 1680 Aquetong Road, New Hope, PA 18938. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CHILD USA at childusa.org
