Warren Carl Carlson
October 15, 1940 - May 6, 2025
Warren passed away peacefully in Oregon City, Oregon after a long illness.
He was born to parents Olga and Carl Carlson and grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
As a child. Warren' family spent many weekends at a cabin on Clear Lake that their Dad had built. He had many stories of their times at "the cabin".
After high school, Warren enlisted in the Army. He was stationed in Germany where he served as a Tank Commander. He also competed in pole vaulting on the Army track team.
Warren later moved to Oregon where he had lived for many years.
He was a loving husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather.
Warren was preceded in death by son, Michael; parents, Olga and Carl; and sister Sharon.
He is survived by his wife. Dale; brother, Steve Frazier; children, Toney, Kim, Kelley (Marcy); and Caleb (Dani) Carlson.
Grandchildren Cheyenne and Dakota Jones; Faith and Josh Carlson; and Stanley and Ellie Carlson.
Great Grandchildren Levi Carlson and Kiana Carney.
Warren loved God, he loved his family and raising animals of all kinds. He was quite a story teller. Among his favorite things were family gatherings around the kitchen table, trips to the Oregon coast and finding broken things that he might be able to make work again.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
