James Joseph Shibley

James Joseph Shibley, 38, of Little Falls, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 24, 2025.
James was born on January 17, 1987, in Amsterdam to Leslee (Abeling) Shibley and the late Kurt Wayne Shibley. He graduated from St Johnsville High School with the class of 2005 and went on to obtain his commercial driver’s license to become a truck driver. He worked for several trucking companies throughout his life, with his most recent employment through Colucci Trucking.
He enjoyed any outdoor activity, especially four wheeling. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family.
He was predeceased by his father Kurt Shibley. James is survived by his mother Leslee Shibley, sister Amber Shibley, as well as a niece and nephew.
Family and friends are invited to James’ graveside service at 11am on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at Freysbush Cemetery, 620 Co Hwy 79, Fort Plain, NY 13339.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to a charity of one’s choice.
