James ""Greg" "Gibby"" Gregory Carroll

  Mr. James “Greg” “Gibby” Gregory Carroll, age 48, a resident of Auburndale passed away Friday, May 23, 2025 at Lakeland Regional surrounded by family. Mr. Carroll was born August 18, 1976, in Lakeland, Florida to James Tittus and Linda Annette Carroll. He was a lifetime Polk County resident, graduated from Auburndale High School Class of 1995. He participated in little league baseball, little league football and wrestling. In junior high Greg participated in karate. He was a Maintenance Mechanic for Linage Logistics Warehouse in Lakeland. He was a member of Gapway Baptist Church in Lakeland and attended Church at the Mall in Lakeland. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle with The Faith Riders Bike Club which he was also a member of their Bible study, hunting, fishing, the outdoors, raising cows, helping anyone who needed it and loved to spend time with his family. He was preceded in death by his paternal & maternal grandparents and 2 uncles – Bobby & Doug. Greg is survived by his loving family, parents – James & Annette Carroll; 2 brothers – Bill (Christine) Carroll & Scott (Summer) Carroll; 1 nephew – T.J.; 2 nieces – Ollie & Chelsea; 2 aunts – Nancy Fritz & Cindy Anderson and cousins – Jenny, Daniel & Jessica. Funeral services will be held 10:30 am Saturday, June 7th at Kersey Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 9:30am at the funeral home.
