He was the son of Raymond H. Garland and Beatrice I. Jaques-Garland.
He was born in Royal Oak Michigan on March 2nd 1955.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Lisa A. Bergquist-Garland.His nephews Gene W. Garland, Mike Garland and his niece Michelle Y. Garland.
His sister-in-law Katherine Garland and his brother-in-law Timothy J. Hamilton.
Great nieces are Kierra and Megan Garland
Great nephews are Richard J. O'Gorman, Matthew B. O'Gorman and Michael Isbil.
Celebration of Life to be held at Harret Johnson Park located on 25th Street and Alamo Street, Tucson, Arizona, at the Northeast corner on June 8th 2025 between 10am and 5pm
