Amy Lynn Reid-Andrews, 51, of Arizona, passed away on June 2, 2025, following complications related to her long and courageous battle to recover from a severe case of Guillain-Barré syndrome.
Born on May 9, 1974, in Metuchen, New Jersey, Amy was the beloved daughter of Robert and Sharon Reid. In 1979, the family moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where Amy would grow up and form lasting memories and friendships. She graduated from Ironwood High School in Glendale, Arizona, in 1992. Later in life, Amy pursued and finished her higher education goals at Florida Southwest College, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business.
In the late 2000s, while living in Fort Myers, Florida, Amy met the love of her life, Peirce Andrews. They tied the knot in a beautiful wedding in Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2010, surrounded by their cherished family and friends.
Amy is preceded in death by her brother Aaron, stepmother Diane, and sisters Katrina and Misty. She leaves behind a legacy of love, survived by her husband Peirce, daughters Alexandria and Sarah, son Austin, father Robert, mother Sharon, and stepfather Ron. Amy is also survived by her brothers Matthew, Michael, and Henry, sister Rhonda, godmother Loretta Vogel and godfather Richard Reid and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Amy's warm spirit and unwavering love for her family will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She will forever remain in our hearts.
