Timothy "Tim" Pleiman

Timothy “Tim” Pleiman, Age 60, of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away peacefully in his sleep at his home on Monday May 26th, 2025.

Tim was resident of Chicago, Illinois and Port Charlotte, Florida (for the last three years). Tim was born on December 17th, 1964, in Saint Mary’s, Ohio and was a graduate of Temple Christian School in Lima, Ohio. Tim had a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Music and a specialty in Organ performance from Asbury College where he graduated in 1987.

Tim was a personal fitness trainer and worked for Bay Fit in Englewood FL, Sunseeker Resorts and the YMCA in Port Charlotte, FL. Tim loved to work out and competed in a number of body building competitions. His spin classes were legendary. He loved to swim at his pool and relax almost daily listening to BPM music. He loved flowers and was a great cook and would host large brunches for large groups where everyone had a great time. He could make the best cherry pies on earth and people would always ask for them.

His focus and joy over the last three years was taking care of his mother full-time in Port Charlotte, Florida. He was a great partner to Santiago Rosa for the last 24 years and will be dearly missed by his family, friends and clients. Tim is survived by his partner Santiago Rosa and his mother Emma Pleiman.
