Darrell Lawrence Grant

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Darrell Lawrence Grant, who left us on June 5, 2025, in Warner Robins, GA. He was born on October 21, 1950, in Macon, GA. Darrell was a devoted husband to his wife of 10 years, Angie Grant.  He cherished his special niece, Trina McCant, and had a loving bond with several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. A Father to his three children, grandfather to seven grandchildren, and a great-grandfather to one great-grandchild.   Darrell dedicated over 27 years of service as an E & I Tech for Riverwood Paper Mill, demonstrating his strong work ethic and commitment to his craft. His loving nature and generous spirit were well-known, leaving an impact on everyone he met. Darrell enjoyed spending time in creative pursuits, including his passion for adult coloring books and posters and crafting beaded friendship bracelets.   He is preceded in death by his father, Hubert Lawrence Grant, his mother, Geneva Elizabeth Moore Grant, and his sister, Sheryl Childree. A Funeral Service will be held at the Chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at 2:00 PM, with Visitation beginning at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at Parkway Memorial Gardens.   Darrell will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His loving spirit and kind heart will continue to live on in the memories of his family and friends.
