Daniel E. Krug, Sr

Daniel (Dan) E. Krug, Sr., passed away at his home on Monday, January 13, 2025.
He was born on March 24, 1959, in Schenectady, NY, to the late Edward and Alice (Houck) Krug. He attended Shenendehowa Central School and worked for nearly three decades at Green Trucking in Amsterdam, NY. Dan enjoyed spending time with his grandsons and his dog, "Rusty". He enjoyed his farm and all the company that would stop by. He liked watching old black and white westerns. He also enjoyed sitting at his picnic table at the end of a long day with "Rusty" lying in the grass next to him.
Dan was predeceased by his brothers, Peter Krug, Sr., Alan Krug and his sister Nancy (Krug) Boroski. He is survived by his daughter Danielle Krug; son Daniel Krug, Jr.; grandsons Daniel Krug III, William Krug and John Krug; brother Donald (Mary) Krug, Sr.; sister Julie Krug; along with many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to attend his graveside service on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at 9:00 am at St. Peter's and Paul's Catholic Cemetery in Canajoharie.
