James Armin Buscher, Sr.
June 6th, 1944 - June 2nd, 2025
Buscher, James A. Sr. of St. Paul, passed away peacefully in his home on June 2nd at the age of 80. He was a beloved husband, father, stepfather, grandfather, uncle and friend to many.
James graduated from Central High school in 1962. He went on to study computer science after high-school. He worked for many years at the St. PAUL PIONEER PRESS. He eventually retired from his job at U.S BANK. He was an avid reader, enjoyed doing crosswords and traveling throughout the country. He was a willing helper with his wife's charity work. He loved supporting his grandchildren in their activities.
He is survived by wife Norma (Kapaun); Children, Colleen Drum (Jason), Valerie Adams (Kimberlee), Christine, James Jr; Stepchildren Beth Sausen, Paul Sieben (Denise); and Grandchildren Savannah, Bruen, and Drake.
Memorial gathering at Spielman Mortuary at 344 University Ave W in St. Paul from 1-4 pm on Sat. June 14th. Memorial donations preferred to donors choice.
