Melanie M. Held, age 63, of Kingsport, TN, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. She was born in Bellevue, NE to Fred and Frances Held on December 6, 1961. Melanie will be remembered as a loyal friend. She enjoyed spending time with family; her grandkids were the center of her universe. Melanie loved all animals, especially dogs.
Left to cherish her memory is her son Justin (Chelsie) Drakulich; grandchildren Layne and Eloise; brothers Freddy (Teresa) Held, Dick (Debbie) Held, Chris (Joan) Held; sisters Aliss (Michael) Beveridge, Liz (Dave) Stromath, Julie (Craig) Heeren.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
