Linda Pearl Robertson
June 24th, 1959 - June 4th, 2025
Linda Pearl Robertson, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and woman of unwavering faith, passed away on June 4, 2025, in Chandler, Arizona. She was 65 years old.Born on June 24, 1959, in Grapeland, Texas, Linda was the cherished daughter of Willie L. Thompson and Alice L. Thompson. She spent her formative years surrounded by family and faith before relocating to Chandler, Arizona, where she graduated from Chandler High School. With a heart for service and compassion for others, Linda pursued a nursing degree at Chandler-Gilbert Community College.
Linda’s life was defined by her deep love for Jesus and her family. Church was not just a place of worship for her—it was her sanctuary. Singing in the church choir brought her immense joy and allowed her to share her passion for glorifying God with others. Her faith guided every aspect of her life and inspired those around her.
At the age of 15, Linda met the love of her life, Bobby Joe Robertson. Their bond grew into a beautiful marriage that lasted 41 years—a testament to their enduring love and commitment. Together they built a strong and loving family that became the center of Linda’s world.
She is survived by her beloved husband Bobby Joe Robertson; daughters LaTina Robertson (Lenny), LaShonda Callahan (Ryan), LaJoyce Wood (Casey), Alicia Donnat (Richardson), and TaNasha Robertson (Gina). Linda’s legacy continues through her grandchildren: granddaughters Odaysha, Emonie, Jazmiah, Ka'Ryeiah, Zamyiah, and La'Neavia; grandsons Richardson II, Zayden, Casey Jr., Jaylen, Isaiah, Masyiah, Josyiah, Ezekiel, and Jeremiah; as well as great-granddaughters Joshona and Janiyah.Linda shared an especially close bond with her niece Zareea and nephew Chase. She also leaves behind a host of other nieces and nephews who were touched by her warmth and generosity.
She was preceded in death by her parents Willie L. Thompson and Alice L. Thompson; brothers Jimmie Thompson, Kleary Thompson, Donald Thompson, and William Thompson; as well as her beloved daughter Diamond Robertson.Linda had many passions that brought light into the lives of those around her. She loved reading books that fed both mind and spirit. She took pride in doing her own full sets—an expression of creativity that reflected her vibrant personality. Above all else, she treasured time spent with Bobby Joe and their children—moments filled with laughter, love, and lasting memories.
A woman of remarkable strength and resilience, Linda faced life’s challenges with grace and determination. Her kindness knew no bounds—she went out of her way to help anyone in need without hesitation or judgment. She instilled in her children the values of respect and compassion for all people.Linda valued family above all else. Her wisdom guided generations; her smile lit up every room; her presence brought comfort to those who knew her best. Her absence leaves an immeasurable void—but also a legacy rich with love.
Funeral services to honor Linda’s life were held on June 19th at Legacy Rose Chapel.

A Celebration of Life will be held on June 19, 2025, from 09:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Legacy Funeral Home - Rose Chapel 1130 S Horne. Repass to follow at the American Legion.
