Marie Burke, 86, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away on May 13, 2025.
Marie – born Forest Marie Crossfield in Atchison, Kansas on November 28, 1938, moved with her husband and family from St. Joseph, Missouri to Tucson in 1969.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank. They were married 55 years. Marie was a devoted catholic and loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She is survived by her children – Victoria, Annette, Frank, and Daren; 14 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Marie was a bookkeeper until she retired. She enjoyed crocheting. She was actively involved in church with Devine Mercy and often travelled spreading the word of God.
Her favorite thing to do was praying the rosary daily. She truly was a bright light and is greatly missed.
