George N. Johnson
September 13th, 1932 - June 4th, 2025
George N. Johnson, 92, of Lakewood CO passed away June 4th, 2025 at home.
George was born in Derby, CO to Samuel and Panayota Johnson, and attended North High School. He married Patricia Williams in 1980. George was a member of the Miller Street Church of Christ. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, receiving the rank of Sergeant. George spent 25 years with the U.S. Postal Service, as a Clerk and as a Letter Carrier. In between his postal years, he was in the restaurant/bar/liquor store business with his brothers for 16 years.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia, sons, Gregory of Englewood and Randall (Boom) of Thailand, daughter Terrie of Colorado Springs, sister Ethel of Denver, 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. he was preceded in death by his sisters, Angeline, Sophia, and Angie, and his two brothers, Nicholas and Alexander.
