Mangini, Richard A., age 96, formerly of the East Side of St. Paul. Passed away June 10, 2025. Owner of Manginis Restaurante and Mr. Anthony's for many years. Very involved with the St. Paul Winter Carnival for many years. Member of the St. Anthony Society. Preceded in death by parents Pasquale and Elizabeth "Ma" Mangini; 5 siblings. Survived by wife of 71 years Erla Mae Mangini; sister Lucille Mangini; many nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral Service Thursday June 19 at 11:00am with visitation 10:00am at Sandberg Funeral Home, 2593 E. 7th Ave, North St. Paul, MN 55109. Interment Union Cemetery.
