Services for Loreetta Moore, 77, of Chapin will be Monday, June 16th at Woodridge Memorial Park at 2:00 PM. Loreetta Moore passed away June 13, 2025. Born in Columbia, she was the daughter of the late Willie A. McKay, Sr. and Azalean M. Brazell.  

Loreetta's greatest loves in life were her grandson, Kevin...she adored him from the day he was born and the beach. She shared her daughter's love of the beach and would jump at the  opportunity to go. Mama also loved her "Debbie Doo" affectionately known as her other daughter. We know she has been welcomed in Heaven where she is "at the beach" everyday...dancing in the sky pain free. We will have you in our heart and memories until we meet again Mama.  

Loreetta is survived by her daughter Connie Chapman (George) of Chapin, SC; grandson Kevin Chapman of Clemson; sister Dale Rogers of West Columbia, SC; nieces Wendy Benson of Lexington  (George); Christine Robinson of Liberty (Robbie); Joshua of Charleston (Charmaine).  In addition to her parents, Loreetta was predeceased by her brother Willie A. McKay "Jr." and her sister-in-law Esther McKay.  

Her daughter would like to express the deepest gratitude and love to the caregivers and staff of Fairforest Grove Senior Living for their devotion to caring for Mother. And to the Agape Hospice team who showed such compassion to Mother and our family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fairforest Grove Senior Living, 120 Fairforest Road, Columbia, SC 29212.
