In Loving Memory of Camden "Cam" Mills   

April 24, 2002 – June 10, 2025  

Camden Jeremiah Mills, lovingly known to many as “Cam” or by his artist name “Nedmac Sllim,” was born on April 24, 2002, in Corpus Christi, Texas, to Cherish “CJ” Mills and Tasco Best. He passed away on June 10, 2025 in Colorado Springs, Colorado unexpectedly.   

Most of Cam's life was spent in Texas but pretty recently moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado, to be with his beloved mother, his number one fan and greatest supporter. Colorado quickly became his second home and the place where he began to build his legacy.  

In his 23 short years, Cam lived a life full of passion, talent, and heart. A gifted semi-pro football player, Cam made a name for himself on the field with the Colorado Sentinels, forming brotherhoods that will never be broken. Off the field, he was a walking encyclopedia of music and an up-and-coming artist recently signed to a label. His creativity and dedication to his craft were inspiring to everyone who knew him.  

Cam’s proudest moment came just a month before his passing—the birth of his beautiful son, Prince-Le’Veane Blessing Lilly, with Chelsea Lilly. Becoming a father gave Cam a new purpose, and he was deeply committed to creating a better future for himself and his son.  

To know Cam was to love him. His laugh was contagious, his smile infectious, and his kindness unforgettable. Whether he was playing video games, cracking jokes, dropping lyrics, or simply being a loving son and friend, Cam made everyone feel like family. He truly had a heart of gold.  

Cam is survived by his mother, his newborn son, and a wide circle of family, teammates, and countless friends who loved him deeply.
