Morris Aron Cobb, Jr.

Morris Aron Cobb Jr. was born April 24, 1961, in Bradenton, Florida to Reverend Morris Aron Cobb, Sr. and Betty White Cobb. On June 12, 2025, he went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is survived by his wife, Lisa Love Cobb, his 2 children, Ashley Cobb and Brandon (Sheena) Cobb, and his 5 grandchildren, (Hannah, Aubrey, Harlow, London and Greyson), and his mother and father in-law Douglas "Dink" and Sharon Love.

If you ever had a conversation with Aron, you would quickly see that there was something different in him, he made a lasting mark on everyone. He had an anointing and a calling, and a desire engrained so deeply within him to live his life for Christ and to be a light for Him. From the time he was a child throughout his entire life, his passion was music. Singing, writing songs, and playing the guitar was clearly his passion, and to use his gifts for the Lord. He would strive every day to make the Lord proud. To live his life as an example of a godly man so that all of his family, friends, and everyone he made contact with, would one day join him in Heaven for eternity.

Aron loved his family fiercely. To provide for them, protect them, and show them a father’s love that reflected our Heavenly Father’s love, was his heart’s deepest desire. To his family, he was our pillar of strength, our mentor, our hero…. he was everything. His faith, his kindness, and his steady love for the Lord was a compass and a guide for all of us to live by and strive to carry on his legacy. He would want us to continue to trust in the God he loved so much. He will be missed beyond measure and there will never be another like him, nobody could ever fill that space. He may not physically be here with us on this Earth anymore but now he will live thru us, and we all will carry his love and his message out into the world, his reach has not ended… and some sweet day we will meet him there… Heaven is not too far away.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Wednesday, June 25 at 1:30 at City Light Church in Ocala 4645 E Silver Springs Blvd Ocala, Fl. In Lieu of flowers, please consider a love offering or gift cards to bless the family during this difficult time.
