In Loving Memory of Linda Jean Trujillo
July 14, 1955 - June 15, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Linda Jean Trujillo, who left us on June 15, 2025, in Pueblo, Colorado. Born in Monte Vista, Colorado on July 14, 1955, Linda was a beacon of love and light throughout her life, celebrated for her unwavering kindness and thoughtful spirit. Linda's journey in life was marked by deep connections and a dedication to her family. She graduated high school and followed her passion for learning by attending college. Her pursuit of knowledge, however, was only outshone by her lifelong commitment as a devoted homemaker, where she nurtured and supported her loved ones with boundless love.
Preceded in death by her loving husband, Rufino Gabriel Trujillo, Linda's memory will forever be cherished by her children, grandchild, and a host of family and friends who were fortunate enough to know her. Her life was filled with joy, purposeful in its simplicity, and her legacy will continue through the warmth she imparted to those around her. Linda's remarkable character defined her interactions—she was loyal, kind, and considerate, always putting others before herself. Those who had the blessing of her company knew her as a steadfast friend and confidante, someone who radiated positivity and encouraged others to strive for their best selves.
Service will take place on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM, Visitation and Viewing at Romero Funeral Home in Denver, located at 4750 Tejon St, followed by her burial at Fort Logan National Cemetery at 2:00 PM. In honoring Linda's life, we invite everyone who knew and loved her to join in celebrating the beautiful impact she had on our lives. Let us remember her not just in our sadness but also in the joy she brought, inspiring each of us to live with the same love and compassion that she demonstrated every day. Rest in peace, dear Linda. You will be profoundly missed, but your spirit will forever illuminate our hearts.
