Freida celebrated her 100th birthday in January with friends and family with good spirit and lots of laughter.

Frieda had siblings who always knew they could tell Frieda anything. She had no children of her own to educate so she listened, but never gave advice. She knew that we knew when we were out of step and she would let us vent. Whenever we were scattered about we always knew where she was. Steady as a rock and to the end great strength through the turmoil of illness, to the end of her last morning here on earth. She was a stronger believer in Christ and the teaching of her church, and never wavered in living out her faith and love of God. We knew who she was and what she stood for. We all held her in high favor in our families for her character, and we will love her as much in memory as when she was with us. She loved singing songs of faith and listening to faith singers. She was a champion of her faith and we all loved and respected her for that. Born in Scottsbluff, NE Jan13th, 1925. Passed away on June 17th, 2025.

She went to grade school through high school in Torrington, WY. She worked for Western Airlines during WWII in Cheyenne, WY where she met and married another high achiever, Raymond Kettler. They were happily married for 57 years. They resided in Denver, CO until his retirement, and then moved to Loveland where Ray had grown up. Before the move, Frieda worked closely with the pastor's wife at her church in Denver to help coordinate events. She had many friends from church and other airline workers and their families. She was a blessing to her parents and her siblings. Two brothers and one sister have gone before her. One remaining sister, Kathryn Hart, to cherish the memories they had together.

Surviving relatives are her sister Kathryn Hart of Loveland, CO, nieces Linda Hart of Englewood, CO, Patricia Cook of Gering NE, Barbara Cobb and Judy Cook in Washington state, and nephews Robert and Ronald Cook of Torrington, WY, Gary Miller of Pine Tree, AZ, and Fred Hart of Arvada, CO along with their children and grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Monday June 23, 2025 at 11:00am at Viegut Funeral Home with a reception to follow at Viegut Reception Center. Burial will following services at Loveland Burial Park at 1:00pm.
