Debbie was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho, on August 24, 1961. She moved from this life to the next on June 16, 2025, with her daughter, Sarah, by her side.

Debbie grew up mostly in Driggs, Idaho. She graduated from Teton High in Driggs, Idaho, in 1979. After high school, she joined the National Guard, where she drove a fire truck. This is where she found her passion in driving. She drove everything from semi-trucks to school buses, but her favorite of all was driving a tour bus in Savannah, Georgia, which she did for almost 20 years. She moved to Oregon in 2016, where she lived with her best friend, her sister, Tami, until she passed.

Debbie had 3 amazing daughters. Debra Lee, born in 1981 and who proceeded her in death in 1981, Sarah born in 1986, and Abbygail born in 1987.  Her daughters meant everything to her as she did to them. The reunion she had with Debra Lee would have been an amazing sight to see.

Debbie was an amazing soul. There are really no words to express the impact she had on people with many who loved her spread all over this country. She has many friends who cherished their long friendship with her from elementary school. Her greatest role in this life, though, was being a mother and grandmother. She was definitely one of the best!!

Debbie is survived by her daughters, Sarah and her children, CJ and Trinity, Abbygail, and her children, Vanessa and Matthew. Her parents, Marvin and Linda Baker. Her sisters Tami and Shay, her brothers Ira, Tandy, Shelby and Lee, as well as many nieces, nephews, great neieces and nephews, and cousins.

She was proceeded in death by her daughter, Debra Lee, her father, David, her sister April, and her great-neice Tristan.

The family would like to thank Adrian QRU for their quick response in getting to mom, everyone at St Luke's Boise Medical Center for taking such great care of our mom in her final days, as well as Flahiff's Funeral Chapels for helping us with our mom's final wishes.
