Tamara Jane Zellmer, born November 15,1961, and at the age of 63 or Woodbury, MN

passed away unexpectedly June 12, 2025.

 

She was preceded in death by her Father Charles Fredrick Zellmer and her Niece Nicole

Ann Keener.

 

She is lovingly remembered by her mother, Barbara Jane Rooney; stepfather, Thomas

Rooney; Sisters, Julie Anne Mielke and

Cheryl Susan Zellmer; Niece’s and Nephew’s, Daniel Patrick Downing, Jamie Lynn Keener,

Jason Alan Mielke, Kendra Zellmer and Kallie Zellmer and her cherished grand nephews

and nieces.

 

Tamara was a proud graduate of Harding Class of 1979. She had a lifelong career as a

banker. She grew up loving gymnastics- your grace will be with us always, softball hotshot,

Gardner and her first love, her cats.

Rest in Peace Tamara Jane you were just yourself and that’s all that is asked of oneself.

 

We want to thank everyone for the kind thoughts & prayers for Tammy. We are blessed.

 

A celebration of Tamara’s life will be held on Sunday, July 13th, 2025, from 11:30am to

1:30pm at the Peder Pedersen Pavillion in Lions Volunteer Park (5524 Upper 146th St.,

Hugo, MN 55038). A light lunch and refreshments will be served.

In honor of Tammy, please bring a favorite photo to share. Private interment at a later date.
