Kathleen Dawn Miller was born on March 3, 1976 and passed away peacefully on June 20, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was a devoted mother to her two sons, Andriy Miller-Bublyk (19) and Rory Miller-Bublyk (14). Kathleen was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and has lived in Turnersville New Jersey for the last seventeen years. 

She is predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Ellen and Budd Pierce (Philadelphia/Wildwood, NJ), paternal grandparents, Mary and Joseph Miller (Philadelphia, PA), mother and father-in-law, Lubov and Vasyl Bublyk (Kyiv, Ukraine), and many loving aunts and uncles. 

Kathleen is survived by her adoring and dedicated husband, Taras Bublyk. Kathleen and Taras met in Germany at Konstanz University while Kathleen was a college junior and Taras was taking graduate school courses. Anyone who knew them was in awe of their devotion, love of life, constant love, and commitment to each other and their family. They were married on December 28, 2001 at the Church of the Holy Family. 

Kathleen is also survived by her loving parents, Ellen and John Miller (Greenbackville, VA), her sister, Ellen Miller (John Glaviano, Micklton, NJ), sister-in-law, Evelina Filimonova (Kyiv, Ukraine), nephews Kyle Miller-Glaviano (Mickleton, NJ) and Danylo Filimonov (Kyiv, Ukraine), devoted Godmother, Aunt Margie Pierce (Clementon, NJ), and many loving cousins, friends, and her precious fur-baby, Toby.  

She attended Rutgers University, Rutgers College (New Brunswick, NJ) and graduated with honors with degrees in Political Science and German. She earned a Masters in Public Policy from the University of Maryland.  She worked as a policy analyst for the State Department and Department of Defense, specializing in international economic policy. For the past thirteen years, she was a professor at Rowan University where she taught Political Philosophy with passion, expertise, and tremendous care for all of her students. 

She loved music, traveling, and teaching. She was a lifelong talented musician and singer. 

 Farewell Tribute

Friends and family are invited to attend her visitation on Friday, June 27, 2025 from 10:30AM to 11:45AM in the Church of the Holy Family, 226 Hurffville Rd., Sewell, NJ, 08080. A Funeral Mass to honor the life of Kathleen Dawn Miller will be held at 12:00PM. Interment will be private.

Her passing has left a void in the hearts of her family, friends, and many more whose lives were touched by her unwavering kindness, love towards her friends and family, and her incredible intelligence and many talents.
