Thelma Ann (Bell) Ortega, passed away with her family at her beside in Fort Valley, GA, June 23, 2025. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
Thelma was born on July 8, 1934 in Moncks Corner, South Carolina to the late Robert and Virginia Bell. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved spouse, Manuel Ortega. Thelma is survived by her beloved sons and extended family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
