We celebrate the beautiful life of Carolyn Louise Bentley, who passed away on January 5, 2025 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Born on October 16, 1956 in Ottawa Ontario Canada.Carolyn is survived by her sister Lizabeth Rousseau, brother-in-law Jerry Rousseau, Nephew Chris Rousseau and his wife, Yolanda, great-nephew Omar, Nephew Daniel Rousseau and his wife Michaela.

Carolyn carried a fierce and unwavering faith that allowed Jesus to walk with her through every challenge life brought her way. She was a teacher, ski instructor, avid outdoors woman and missionary. Her reach spanned states and countries leaving a lasting legacy of friendship. She radiated joy and quiet confidence in every conversation and encounter, no matter how small.

A joyful celebration of her life will be held in multiple locations:

Metropolitan Bible Church in Ottawa the date is TBD.

Carolyn will be laid to rest next to her parents Nelson and Vera Bentley at Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery in Ottawa.
