Derenda "Derenda" Rae Singletary
August 10th, 1944 - June 12th, 2025
I met Derenda in 2014 through my sister. She was living in a senior home at the time and became very sick. I finally asked her to come live with me so i could take care of her and help her to find out what the problem was. We found the problem and she continued to live with me for the next 8 yrs. We did everything together. We had a great time and she seemed happy. When she got sicker I had to put her in a Adult Foster home where she could be looked after. I went to see her as often as possible but at least every week. Again she seemed happy even though her Dementia was getting worse. She still knew who I was. They took very good care of her. She was there for 3 yrs. She became more ill and went down very fast. We all loved her and miss her but we know she is happy where she is with her family and not in pain or suffering.
I will always love you Derenda.
