Ann Cromer Stabler, age 61, of Warner Robins, Georgia, passed away peacefully on July 6, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. A memorial service to celebrate Ann’s life will be held at a later date.

Born on April 12, 1964, in Americus, Georgia, Ann was the daughter of the late Bill and Nancy Cromer. She grew up with a strong sense of family, faith, and fierce loyalty—values that she carried with her throughout her life. Ann never met a stranger. Whether you knew her for five minutes or five decades, you felt like family in her presence.

Ann's greatest pride and joy was her family. She is survived by her devoted husband of 41 years, David Stabler, Jr.; her children, Alisha Arnold (Parker) and John David Stabler (Whitlee); and her beloved grandchildren—Isabell and Isla Arnold, and Davis, Brandt, and Tathe Stabler. She is also survived by her sister, Laura Field. Ann was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, John Durham.

Ann's love knew no bounds. Her friendships were lifelong and unwavering and her kindness unmatched. She would do anything for the people she cared about, and her warmth extended to every corner of her life—including to her cherished dogs: Freckles, Kane, and Rose. Her home was always full of laughter, comfort, and the sound of paws on the floor. She was a true force of nature—especially on Saturdays in the fall when Alabama football was on. “Roll Tide” was more than a cheer; it was a lifestyle.

Her legacy will live on in the stories we share, the strength she instilled, and the love she gave so freely. To know Ann was to be deeply and completely loved.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her honor to ALS United of Georgia.
