Barbara Steele Allen (85) passed away peacefully the morning of July 4, 2025, in Phoenix, Arizona. She has resided in the Phoenix area since arriving in the United States from England in 1962.
Barbara was born to Reginald and Susannah Steele on September 23, 1939, at the outset of World War II. She was born and spent the formative years of her life in Newcastle-under-Lyme in the Midlands of England. She was married for 52 years to the love of her life, Warren Foster Allen, who passed away in 2015. She is survived by her three children, Richard (Yuki), Tina (Kevin), and Duncan, 13 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and her younger brother, Philip.
Services will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 2955 East Frye Road, Phoenix, at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 12, 2025. A viewing/visitation will be held prior to the services at 9 a.m.
Internment will take place on Friday, August 1, 2025, at Logan City Cemetery, 1000 North 1200 East, Logan, Utah.
