It is with a heavy heart, our family announces the loss of an incredible woman, Mrs. Helen Carol Wainscott, passed away at her home in Frankfort, at the age of 74, on Sunday, July 13, 2025, after battling a long illness. She was born on September 23, 1950, to George Henry Jr. and Betty Smith.
Carol married the love of her life, Ronnie Wainscott, on August 7, 1967 and together built a strong partnership and family spanning 58 years. Carol believed in God, hard work, and unwavering devotion to family. In her younger years, she loved to bowl. She enjoyed taking trips to Pigeon Forge. What she enjoyed most was being a grandma. She always supported her grandchildren and great grandchild. She was supportive in all their activities and loved sharing memories and photos with them. She offered unconditional love to her family and friends.
Carol retired after 27 years of service from the Department of Insurance and from her own cleaning service. She loved George Strait and traveled with Ronnie to see him in concert.
Carol is survived by her husband, Ronnie Wainscott; her two sons, Timmy Wainscott Sr. (wife Beth) and Wesley Wainscott I (Judy Baker); four grandchildren, Timmy Wainscott Jr., Wesley Wainscott II, Abigail Wainscott, and Brad Warmoth; one great grandchild, Presley Wainscott; many nieces and nephews; and her brothers, Mike Henry (Cindy) and Tommy Wall.
