Mark David Lancette
September 2nd, 1957 - July 10th, 2025
Mark Lancette, 67, of Syracuse, passed away on July 10th, 2025. He was born in Syracuse to Madalyn Blanche LaZore and James Robert Lancette. Mark grew up playing sports and attended school at Central Tech before graduating from Corcoran. He then went on to study art at Onondaga Community College and retired from New Venture Gear in 2010. Mark was a member of the Onondaga Beaver clan and an avid fisherman. He loved his family and had an obsessive devotion to his children.
Mark was preceded in death by Madalyn LaZore (mother), James Lancette (father), Mark Fox (nephew).
He is survived by Zachary Lancette (son), Shannon Lancette (daughter), Lindsey Lancette (daughter), Joel Wenzel (son), Yvonne Lancette (sister), James Lancette (brother) and Giovanna Archino (girlfriend). Calling hours are Friday, July18th from 4-7PM, at Ballweg and Lunsford Funeral Home, 4612 S Salina St. Syracuse, NY 13205
A funeral service will follow at the funeral home at 7PM
