**Obituary for Peter A. Ronda** Peter A. Ronda, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on July 17, 2025, at the age of 80, in Wesley Chapel, Florida. He was born on May 15, 1945, he was the only child to the late Pedro and Lydia Ronda, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. Peter is survived by his devoted wife, Isabel Ronda of 61years of devoted memories that will last forever, and he never forgot their anniversary even during his illness that he was going through until his passing; two sons, Peter Ronda Jr. and David Ronda; and his cherished grandson, Peter Ronda III. Peter devoted 20 years of his life to serving as an undercover detective with the New York Police Department (NYPD). Throughout his career, he garnered numerous medals and accolades, reflecting his unwavering commitment to upholding the law and ensuring the safety of his community.

His colleagues revered him not only for his achievements but also for his profound sense of justice and integrity. While details of his education and personal interests remain private, it is evident that Peter’s unwavering work ethic and passion for service were the cornerstones of his character. Those who knew him would describe him as a dedicated professional, whose contributions have positively impacted the lives of many in New York City. A supportive family man, Peter dedicated his life to nurturing his family and creating a welcoming home filled with love and laughter. He will be remembered for his steadfast character, warm heart, and commitment to those he loved. Peter had an innate ability to bring joy to every gathering, and his presence will be profoundly missed by all who knew him. 

A visitation honoring Peter's life will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Loyless Funeral Home, located at 5310 Land O Lakes Blvd, Land O Lakes, Florida, 34639. Family and friends are invited to come together to celebrate Peter's legacy and share their memories.
