Betty Hardin
February 22nd, 1946 - July 16th, 2025
Betty Hardin, of Kingsport, passed away July 16, 2025 at her residence. Born and raised in Erwin, she was the daughter of Cecil Tittle and Helen Bryant. She married Donnie Hardin, her forever love, and after Donnie enlisted in the USN, the military took them to CT, Hawaii and NH. Together they served 23 years and moved back to TN after retiring from the service.
Betty was a cashier at Ingles Market in Colonial Heights for over 30 years before retiring.
She leaves a daughter, Kim Coombs and her husband David; two grandchildren, Nicole and Zachary Coombs; and a great grandchild, Madison; brother Kenneth Tittle; sister Kathy Hilton and husband Larry, and sister Donna Hyder; along with several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Kingsport is serving the Hardin family.
