Betz, Rossi Bellinger & Stewart Family Funeral Home - Amsterdam
Frank C Dopp
December 29th, 1956 - July 16th, 2025
Frank Dopp, 68, of Amsterdam, NY, passed away peacefully on July 16, 2025, surrounded by loved
ones.
Born on December 29, 1956, in Amsterdam, Frank was known for his kind heart, strong work ethic, and
infectious sense of humor. He dedicated much of his life to his work with Santo’s Construction, his love
of farming, and most importantly, to his family. He was also a proud member of the community,
volunteering his time with the Perth Volunteer Fire Company, Inc.
Frank is survived by his significant other, Deborah Parker; his sisters, Joanne Kretser (Jim) and Sally
Romano (Scott); his brother, Cody Dopp; his sons, Christopher Dopp (Nickole) and Jeremy Dopp
(Melissa); and his cherished grandchildren, Calvin, Boo, and Harley. He also leaves behind several
nieces, nephews, and great-nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Elizabeth and Washington
Dopp.
Frank found joy in the simple things—spending time on the farm and relaxing in the garage while
sharing stories and laughs with friends and family. His presence brought warmth and love to everyone
around him, and he will be deeply missed.
A private ceremony will be held at the funeral home, followed by a private family service at the
cemetery. To honor Frank’s life, a Celebration of Life will be held on August 2, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at
386 McKay Road, Amsterdam, NY 12010. All who knew and loved Frank are welcome to attend.
