Beers and Story - Belchertown
MaryBeth Kimball
February 4th, 1963 - July 24th, 2025
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of MaryBeth (Russo) Kimball, who left this world peacefully on July 24, 2025, at her home in Belchertown, MA, with the love of her family surrounding her. Born on February 4, 1963, in Springfield, MaryBeth spent her formative years in Chicopee before establishing her loving home in Belchertown in 1990.
MaryBeth was a cherished wife, devoted mother, and doting Mimi. She is survived by her father, Sebastian Russo; beloved husband of 20 years, Mark Kimball; her sons, Nicholas Harris and his wife Jacqueline and Ryan Harris and his wife Christina; her twin sister, Marie Heath and her husband Steven; and her brother, Michael Russo and his wife Julie. Her adoring grandchildren, Sofia, Lilliana, and Connor were a constant source of joy in her life, to whom she dedicated countless hours.
Throughout her professional career, MaryBeth had a deep passion for her work, evidenced by the impact she made on countless students - many of which were physicians and bankers - serving as the Director of New Business Development and Administration at the Isenberg School of Business at UMass Amherst. Beyond her professional achievements, MaryBeth led a rich and fulfilling life through her hobbies in painting, crocheting, gardening, traveling, attending bluegrass music festivals, and pampering herself with manicures and shopping excursions. Many fond memories were made at Prudence Island, her second home in which she maintained a large fruitful garden and took long walks to socialize with friends each summer. She enjoyed family vacations and holiday gatherings alike in which her chicken cutlets and kale salad were always on the menu. MaryBeth’s warm smile, enthusiastic hugs, and infectious personality were a constant pleasure to all around her.
MaryBeth's family and friends are invited to honor her memory during a visitation on Sunday, August 3, from 1 PM to 3 PM, with remembrances shared at 3 PM at the Beers & Story Belchertown Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Autistic Self Advocacy Network.
