In Loving Memory of Arthur Weiss Jr. March 15, 1945 - July 7th, 2025
Arthur "Artie" Weiss Jr., a man known for his intelligence, wit, and independent spirit, passed away July 7th, 2025. Born on March 15, 1945, in Richmond, Virginia, to Art and Rita Weiss, Arthur was the eldest of four brothers—Jeff, Louis, and Andy (d. 2022) As part of an Air Force family, he experienced life in many places before the family settled in Aurora, Colorado in 1964. He will be missed by his brothers and sister-in-laws Diane and Glenda.
Arthur proudly served in the U.S. Navy and later built a successful career in construction. Arthur graduated from CCD of Denver with an Associate Degree in History. He excelled at VersaFlex Inc.in Kansas City, Kansas for over seven years, consistently earning recognition as a top salesman. Arthur had a passion for music, sports, his phone, & cherishing moments with those he loved.
In 2012 he met his best friend who later became his loving wife, Gina. Her care and devotion filled his life with love, friendship, and laughter.
Arthur is survived by his beloved wife, Gina; his son Josh and daughter-in-law Helen; and his stepchildren Felicia, Mallary, Mateo, Anthony, Gillya, and Alyssa. He was also the proud father of his late daughter Andrea (d. 2015) and the cherished grandfather of Rachel, Autumn, and Veda.
A service with military honors will be held at Fort Logan National Cemetery on August 1, 2025, where he will be laid to rest. His memory will forever be cherished by those who knew and loved him.
