Kathy Lee Gayhart, of Frankfort, KY, passed away on Thursday, July 24, 2025. She was born in Somerset KY on August 6, 1958 to the late James Kent Gayhart and Mary Dean Wallace Gayhart.
She was employed in data entry and clerical reception positions during her career. She loved gardening, cooking, and had a great love for music.
Kathy is survived by her daughter, Jamie Burton Thorpe (Jeff); her grandchildren, Hadley Groff, ZoeyAnn Thorpe, and Max Thorpe; and her sister, Kimberly Gayhart Read (Bill).
Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 11:30am until 1:00pm on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd.
