Werner Joseph Stark will be remembered for his big heart and helping hands. Through the service organization Rotary International he coordinated and organized projects in Chile, Ecuador and Mexico. Thousands of school children and villagers in Mexico have safe, filtered drinking water because of his efforts with Rotary Clubs in the USA and Mexico. Family and friends were constant recipients of his loving help. He held his three grandchildren close to his heart. They will always remember their “Opa”. Literally from day one he made sure they knew how much he loved them. He constantly showed them through actions and words.
