Kelly Anne Frost

Kelly was born April 10, 1952, in Coos Bay, Oregon to Harold and Mary Stovall. She died July 27, 2025, in Tucson, Arizona. She grew up in North Bend, Oregon, graduated from North Bend High School in 1970, and later graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Oregon State University.
Kelly worked in finance and accounting in multiple states both for privately held accounting firms and employee staffing firms as a “financial turnaround” consultant. She worked primarily in health care organizations nationally. Her final employment was as the Business Manager for Evergreen Consulting Group, a company founded in 1997 in Tigard, Oregon by her sister and brother-in-law, Debbie and Roger Spring.
Kelly was known for her attention to detail, intensity, and drive to finish with excellent results in whatever project or task she managed. Her warm smile and sincere, caring approach to train and support her team stood out nationally.
Kelly is survived by her sister and her spouse of Tucson, Arizona: Debbie and Roger Spring. She was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Mary Stovall, and her brother Jim Stovall.
Kelly will be buried in Evergreen Cemetery in Tucson. The family suggests in lieu of flowers and memorial service; contributions can be sent to a local animal shelter or food bank.
